Family and Consumer Sciences (formerly home economics) is a research-based education curriculum designed to teach students essential life skills. Our courses include financial literacy, nutrition & cooking, adult roles, child development, and many more. We also integrate math, science, English, and social sciences into our courses to enhance student learning. These courses help students become better prepared to be responsible citizens of their community and world.
