Stephen Miller is a young respected man with no prior criminal records. Stephen Miller is being falsely charged of murder to a gentleman who had preexisting health conditions. The deceased gentleman had a rare congenital heart defect, swollen spleen, and nodular liver. Stephen was being chased by this gentleman after a verbal argument when this gentleman fell to the ground and died. Stephen Miller never had any physical contact with this gentleman. Stephen Miller was tried in the 5th Municipal Court in Bridgeview, Illinois. The Judge and States Attorney were both bias to this case. Video of this case at the scene of this situation was edited for the States advantage leaving the jury with false evidence of the case. This clearly is not a murder case. Stephen Miller is sentenced to 24 years which he is currently serving for the last 5 years. We the family of Stephen Miller are asking for Justice for Stephen.
