We the people of Illinois are fed up with the fact that our votes do not count because Chicago. Majority of the state can vote Republican but the state electoral votes go Democrat, Why? because Chicago goes Democrat. We the people of Illinois would like to see the electoral votes split so that Chicago doesn't always decide how the state electoral votes go. If this is done more people with exercise the right to vote because they feel that their vote counted.
