Nancy Rish has been incarcerated for going into her 32nd year, on a life sentence without parole for the kidnapping and murder of Stephen Small.

The crime was committed by Danny Edwards, who signed affidavits then and now stating he worked alone and Nancy was not knowingly involved.  Danny Edwards received Death Penalty, but his sentence was overturned and commuted to Life without Parole. With no evidence to link Nancy to the crime, she is serving the same sentence the admitted killer is serving. Even if she had knowledge how does she have same sentence as the actual kidnapper/murderer?? 

32 years is long enough!  Nancy has maintained her faith in God, has done so much during incarceration as far as school, receiving degrees and even is in Helping Paws Program, as well as certified dog groomer. Nancy is Dog Groomer for the Helping Paws Program now that Logan Correctional has brought that back. Nancy has proven that she, if released would be a useful member of society. Her elderly mother is not in good health and needs her at home with her.

Nancy has maintained a relationship with her son, grandsons and rest of family. Nancy has never sat around asking Why Me? Actually quite the opposite..used her time to excel and mentor others.

Please help free Nancy Rish, 32 years is long time especially when you are innocent.
