Kristin Pagano, a practicing attorney from Los Angeles who moved to Illinois is seeking to take the Illinois Bar Exam this February. Kristin is due to deliver a child in January and has asked the Illinois Bar Exam Association to accommodate her need to pump every two hours. Her request was denied, however she has appealed the decision. The board has agreed to reconsider the issue at a meeting on Friday the 28th.
