As an avid member of the esports community in Kenya, I have deep concerns regarding the legitimacy of not only the presidency, but also the overall organization of the Esports Kenya Federation (ESKF), as well as its failure to genuinely serve the community it claims to represent. Therefore, I respectfully request that you consider the following petition and take appropriate action to address these concerns. 

1. Inadequate Representation: The current leadership of the Esports Federation does not in any way represent the diverse and vibrant gaming community. It is crucial that the leadership and decision-making bodies of the Federation reflect the demographics and interests of the community they serve.

2. Lack of Transparency: The Esports Kenya Federation recently conducted an election of ve National officials. It is imperative that an organization claiming to represent the gaming community operates with full transparency and accountability. However, ESKF did not involve ANY key stakeholder in the esports industry and the election was infact done in secrecy. 

3. Grave Allegations: There have been verified allegations from the esports community against some of the officials within the newly elected Committee. The allegations include threats, intimidation to players and fraud. All victims of the mentioned activities are willing to share their testimony to any relevant parties or media. 

We believe that by highlighting these concerns, the newly elected committee of the Esports Kenya Federation should not be considered as a custodian of the Esports sector in Kenya by the government or any other institution unless they highlight the concerns of the Kenyan gaming community and work towards a future where the institution is transparent & truly represents and benefits all its members.
