My friend owns a flat in a society called Icon Happy living in Bangalore. There is a illegal apartment association run by real estate goons. This illegal association is not registered under either KSRA or KAOA or under any society registration. They are running illegally and the elections of this apartment happen in a very boisterous manner. All this was not a problem and we were living ignoring all this. Now recently a criminal entered her flat and raped her brutally at knife point. He was arrested and sent to judicial custody. This rapist is a very powerful influential person with lots of black money. Now the apartment association election is funded by this rapist. The rape accused knows that he will not face consequences at all for raping her. Still because of irrefutable evidence that the victim submitted that a chargesheet was filed. This rape accused came out on bail and started tampering with the witnesses. He, his lawyer and his allies attended the association meeting and criminally conspired along with some goons to throw the rape victim out of her own flat and take over her flat. They threatened her and me(I am also a witness in the case) to withdraw the rape case against the rapist nishant and runaway. They are some mafia elements and police refuse to take any action against them. This association mafia destroyed CCTV footage of the rapist entering and leaving the apartment. They removed her from apartment groups and nobrokerhood app which had ample proof against the rape accused. He has raised SOS alert in the apartment nobrokerhood app on the date of the incident etc., All the evidences got destroyed. They started a group in the apartment to give +1 or thumbs up and sign a petition bad about her character that she has multiple affairs with many people. They even pasted A5 size posters in all the block lifts that she is a promiscuous woman and no one should help her. They are getting signatures from all to evict her out of her own flat. They even helped the rapist attack by pelting stones in her balcony. I request you all to sign this petition to pressurize Bangalore Police to take action against the rapist and cancel his bail for harassing the victim, tampering with the witnesses and destroying evidence.
