“Eliya Ben Rashid participated in a completely peaceful protest and was arrested by the forces of the Islamic Republic. He has been sentenced to death without a fair trial and solely based on false accusations. There is no evidence or documentation against him, and he has been denied access to legal representation. All charges brought against him are based on forced and unjust confessions obtained under pressure.  

We urgently call on the international community, human rights organizations, and democratic governments to provide immediate support and political protection for Eliya Ben Rashid to prevent the execution of this unjust sentence.
