AZERBAIJAN: Even though there are laws against animal abuse in Azerbaijan, those who commit these atrocities are rarely held accountable...it seems the government turns a blind eye and a deaf ear! WE have the VOICE to change this...to demand those evil beings be held accountable for the senseless and extremely inhumane torture of these poor dogs.

Animals bleed like we do...there hearts beat like ours...and they love unconditionally, unlike humans! The horrific crimes committed against these innocent animals in Azerbaijan needs to stop NOW!
