IKEA's store in Coventry is incredibly popular and is a large draw for the centre of Coventry. It would be a mistake shutting the store down as it would have a negative impact on the popularity of central business district as a lot of people will shop around after their trip to IKEA itself. Not to mention the fact that the closure will affect the jobs of over 300 people.
