Currently, the IHOP menu does not have gluten free pancakes. For those of us who cannot eat gluten, it is frustrating to go to IHOP for breakfast because we are limited to eggs, primarily. Due to the popularity of IHOP, our friends and family frequently choose this as a breakfast destination, leaving us to miss out on the full breakfast experience. By adding gluten free pancakes to the menu, IHOP is opening a whole new world to us gluten free folks and we can finally enjoy so many of those delectable pancake options on the IHOP menu! This may seem like a small problem, but I can assure you that a little gluten free pancake addition will make a world of difference to the gluten-intolerant and bring many more happy customers to IHOP's doors.
