Johnjay and Rich is hands down the most popular local radio show in Arizona. Their morning show is syndicated to many other states, including Colorado and Oregon.

One of the most integral people, behind the scenes, of Johnjay and Rich is Producer Bill Ryan. He took over as Executive Producer of the JJR Show almost 11 years ago and made the show what it is today.

I have been listening to Johnjay and Rich since I was 14 years old, now I am 33 years old, so I know a thing or two about how the show was pre-Producer Bill.

Although the show was entertaining, it lacked any kind of format in its early years. Bill has kept the show on track since he took the reins, and is a constant contributor of content for the show. He is not only hilarious with his dry, sarcastic humor (i.e. Bad Comedy Guy), he keeps Johnjay in check when no one else can.  His podcast with Delaney (Behind the Glass) also complemented the main show's theme and is quite entertaining. I looked forward to listening to the podcast every week.

On Monday, November 2, 2020, Producer Bill was let go from the show due to a "reduction of force" measure by iHeartMedia. (This was apparently due to the current economic climate, yet they have tons of construction going on in the building.)

I am asking all listeners of Johnjay and Rich to please sign this petition to get Producer Bill back his job at iHeartMedia. He is an important part of the Johnjay and Rich family and it will not be the same if he is not there.
