As 2020 has been an unforgettable year, and not always in a postive way. Many of us will look back at this year and only remember the loved ones we have lost to a terrible virus, friends and family we have lost connection and friendship with because of political differences, cities that were damaged because of racial injustice riots and those who lost their house, automobile and career because of a pandemic.

As we have all suffered as a country this year and between the constant talk and arguments of media bias, political rhetoric from the news station, favoritism for the "left" or "right", who's wrong or who's right. I can almost assure you we have all turned to music at one point or another through these times, whether it be digital, online or the tried and true over the air from our favorite radio station as we travel and work throughout our day.

Sometimes those days are brightened alot more by knowing you can still tune in and hear local radio personalities that get the listeners involved with local giveaways, call-ups, on-air contests, on locations and much more involvement that shows the local community they still care.

We all understand "the bottom line",  but you lose that good old fashioned local radio feeling when you shove an unwanted syndicated show from another state into our air waves.
