Ernando is 75 years old and has been waiting over 8 months for documents to ensure he can travel to see his family in Mexico and return safely. He is about 5 months post op of heart surgery, and has been in America since he was 14 and has never had an encounter w/ the police and has never been convicted of any crime. He walks to his appointments when his family is working and wishes he could work to make more money to send to his family. He is a changed and courageous man that is just trying to see his family, something we are privileged to do. Please we are calling to action that you fast forward his paper work and make it priority that he gets sufficient security as an American citizen.
