Please allow Camelbacks into the TomorrowWorld Festival area. Camelbacks have always been a necessity to festival-goers, and without them, there could be more harm than good. These Camelbacks are very important to keep people safe and healthy throughout their TomorrowWorld experience.
Many festival attendees rely on Camelbacks as a way to stay hydrated throughout the day. Camelbacks give attendees the ability to secure their favorite spot at a particular stage, and to remain there for a larger portion of the festival day. Camelbacks also provide a less-worrisome experience because attendees are more able to enjoy their time without thinking of the next time they will need a water refill.
Camelbacks provide an easily-accessible way to store water, as well as share it with others. They store up to 2 liters of water at one time, which is more than enough for the duration of a few DJs’ sets. Camelbacks are stored on a person’s back, allowing their hands free to dance, as well as decreasing their chance of setting their drink on the ground, never to be seen again.
Bringing a sealed water bottle can cause additional problems, some of which include losing the water bottle, only having a small amount of water to obtain at one time, and a huge increase in trash around the festival grounds.
As we know, Georgia is very hot and humid during the month of September. Water is extremely important, but easy access and the ability to hold onto water is equally as important. We understand that the TomorrowWorld staff is looking to keep their attendees safe, and allowing Camelbacks is the best way to do so.
Please reconsider the staff’s decision to ban Camelbacks. We ask this for the safety of all our fellow TomorrowWorld attendees, and we hope you understand that we are all working towards the same goal.
