Cyberathletes in Quake II are having very great time playing this First-Person Shooter classic, and as you see from attached video, there is still a good amount of action going on. Even, what might be a surprise for you, there are a lot of players coming to Quake II from Quake Live. Why are they coming to play such an old game? Quake II has unmatched physics and ideally balanced weapon arsenal. Add to this the mods choice, which is mostly community-created and very wide, and you see why Quake II is not going to die. And not forget E-Sports competitions which were held during these great years, too.

Some time ago - around 2000 me and a couple of friends were having a great time playing an enthralling space Real Time Strategy game, called Homeworld. A year or two ago gaming community has seen Homeworld: Remastered, which, to say honestly, is a success. What is Homeworld:Remastered? It is the same game, with the same story-line and the same in-game laws of a classic Homeworld, only the graphics are made to match today's fast computers' processing power.

The community of Quake II fraggers will very much appreciate your efforts if, dare we say, when, we will see QuakeII:Remastered!!!
