Stop the Deportation of Alfonso Santos Virgen( A# 200578739)
The Issue
My name is Alfonso Santos Virgen( A# 200578739) I entered the U.S.A illegally seven years ago, two years after my Father passed away. I made the choice to leave my widow Mother at this point to make her life a bit easier as I would come to the U.S.A to work and help support her. I had just graduated from College with my electrician degree. When I come to the U.S.A, life was difficult knowing very little English and not enough about this new culture that I was soon to learn about, till spring of 2009 I met Tonya and her four wonderful children .We shared new ideas and thoughts of both cultures and began a very serious relationship .I have since then become very attached to the younger children that still live at home Alexandrea 13 and Kiara 7. I built a strong foundation of education importance, there is no such thing as judging people because there color and the value of respect in these girls ,they know when it's report card time to report to me and they will be rewarded upon the satisfaction of good grades, judging people by their color isn't acceptable ,we are all human beings just different colors ,Respect is something we had worked on a daily basis that no matter what the situation they were facing ,they were still to be respectful to everyone and one another. I made sure the girls stayed very active with cheerleading, soccer and dance, a child that is busy has less of a chance of falling into the wrong hands of bad company. On 1/7/12 I was arrested on a seat belt and no drivers license charge, I was put then into the county jail where I spent 2 weeks before I was moved to Gainesville Georgia, there I spent less than 24 hours and once again moved to the Stewart Detention Center. I have requested for a bond which is in pending at the present time. I am doing this petition to get support from everyone who believes in Justice. I have a dream to stay in the U.S.A with my new family Please don’t deport me
