Not following Cabin Crew instructions, not paying attention to safety demonstration and/or safety card make people act dangerously during an Emergency Evacuation.

People who take their baggage during an Aircraft Emergency Evacuation hinder the efficient egress of Passengers in the estimated time (90 s through half of available Emergency Exits). This not only implies a risk for their own safety, but also threatens others’ lifes.

We therefor ask Aviation Authorities to punish legally these acts and make mandatory the compliance of Cabin Crew instructions.
