On September 14, 2022, IBM announced that many US Retirees would be required to select one of two UHC Medicare Advantage Programs. If the retiree and their families did not select one of these plans, access to their Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA's) would be frozen until they changed their minds. 

I'd like to update and re-energize the 3596 signers here.

I spent about 8 months trying to find an employment law attorney, I had some great help from members of the FB page that I created for this effort. 

During that time, members of my FB Group sent dozens of letters to healthcare companies, governmental agencies and our US Senators & Congressmen. Sadly, we didn't get a lot of responses. Some would give up but instead we are working on new ways to get IBM's attention. 

Recently I joined the NLRN an organization that endeavors to get in front of political parties, lobbyists and this organization has access to some legal services. I joined almost immediately and made a small donation to their cause.
