I have noticed the Majority of Traffic Control for our IBEW Lineman create Unsafe and Frustrating work enviroments to both crews and motorist due to lack of knowledge.

I believe All traffic control for the IBEW be trained / overseen by a New Division: HVTC

HVTC: High Voltage Traffic Control- Dedicated IBEW Traffic Instructors with Knowledge and Experience training All Traffic Control Technicians properly, keeping Everyone up to HVTC Standards.

High Voltage work is Dangerous, Unpredictable, and Demanding- it’s Traffic Control (HVTC) must be Knowledgeable and ready to adapt at All times.
