On July 3rd 2022 in the City of Niagara Falls,Residents started celebrating the holiday with purchasing their own fireworks and shooting them off in a small residential area with children,animals,elderly, veterans.Everyone on the block was complaining due to the wreck less noise and how it was affecting people/ anxiety was rising in animals.Our 12 yr old German Shepard had anxiety so bad that we watched her take her last breath in our living room. She passed away from a heart attack due to constant BOMBS going off in the residential neighborhood. Neighbors were complaining,dogs were barking and the bombs continued until 1am.The police were called and the bombs still didn't stop! I had to carry the dog into my trunk and drive her out to Tonawanda animal hospital to drop her body off for cremation. The family is heartbroken and the bombs still continued. On July 4th, the bombs started at exactly 4pm and could even let the other dogs outside to use the bathroom.They were shaking,panting heavily and we sat in a bedroom with tvs cranking,radios and fans going to drown out the bombs.We do prepare for the holiday when they are being held at an event.The time is given and we prepare for the little fur babies until it is over.When your neighbor constantly is shooting off Bombs all day and night it gets a little too much.No compassion.I would like to put the residential fireworks in the neighborhood to a stop.
