I would like to start this Petition because I live in Fayeteville PA. 17222. Our Community is called Colonel Estates. This Park as Been here for over 30 years. There is Hundreds of Ferel Cats and Kittens here. Were not supposed to feed them or give them shelter from the freezing Weather. My Brother and I have been threatened to get Evicted for taking care of them. We were taking care of 7-8. 2 are Baby kitties. I own my my double wide but rent the lot. I know a woman that lives down the other end has had 20 of her Cats fixed. So why can't we take care of them? The Owner of this Park should be reliable for letting the Cat Population  get out of control.Please help me Break this Pennylsvannia Law Article #261.
