LORD HAVE MERCY THIS IS A PLEA FOR HELP!!!   I Started This Petition For THOMAS WICKER to GRETCHEN WHITMER An Also The SAGINAW COURT HOUSE To REOPEN An Review Look Into Thomas CASE look at new evidence and also look at all the mistakes the court made.an looked over on Thomas Wicker case an give him a chance to prove he is innocent they wrongfully convicted this man for a crime he ain't commit base off his pass an testimonies from people who was facing long fed time so they did anything to reduce the time or not got to prison at all  EQUAL JUSTICE THAT IT WILL SHOW ON PUBLIC RECORDS AN IT'S IN THE COURT SYSTEM IF YOU LOOK  UP THE NAMES ON THOMAS CASE THAT TESTIFIED AN FRAME HIM  IT'S PROOF THEY WERE  FACING FEDERAL DRUG CHARGES THEY WERE FACING LONG PRISON TERMS ROUND THE  TIME THEY FRAMED THOMAS WICKER THEY WERE LIEING SNITCHES WILL LIE THEY REALLY BELIEVE IN THEY HEAD THAT CORRUPT COPS CARE ABOUT THEM AN IS THEY FRIEND NO THERE NOT THEY USED  TO LIE ON OTHERS TURN ON OTHERS FRAME OTHERS THEN AFTER SO LONG YOU  BECOME USELESS TO THEM THE MEN WERE FREINDS AN GANG AFFILIATED AND KNOWN DRUG DEALERS THEY WAS ON THE STAND BEFORE THOMAS TESTIFYING ON PEOPLE ON A FED CASE SO THEY FRAMED WHOEVER THEY AIN'T CARE AN BACK THEN ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAD CORRUPT COPS YOU HAVE DEALINGS WITH ON YOUR SIDE SO THEY THOUGHT they  had different stories that makes no sense an to get the court to see all an hear all the mistakes on this case they made he is innocence I ask the courts to give him a second chance to prove his INNOCENCE they still  frame him  an they got a conviction cause of  his pass an untrue testimonies an the bad picture they painted of him an they judged him off it an use his pass against him also they knew it will make him look bad an Thomas will have no chance an who would believe him that he didn't do what they claim he done also he was frame by people who was on they way to prison that had  criminal fed charges against them so to reduce there long said you ain't no him how u know a body structure at night matter fact in the day time i can't pick out no one I know in the day time body structure so there ain't no way I could recognize them at dark I can't see a color of a car a deer or clothes color of shoes an no human face or no body Structure in pitch dark an I have very good vision so how can you see a whole human that so call had a did Thomas wrong an they know it  they went off lies instead of real evidence they went off they say an his pass an people that facing prison time to reduce there sentence an they ain't care they put THE COURT HAD NO REALLY HARD AN TRUE EVIDENCE JUST LIES THOMAS WICKER WAS WRONGFULLY CONVICTED AN THEY WANTED TO MAKE A EXAMPLE OUT OF HIM THEY AIN'T CARE IF HE WAS INNOCENT AN FRAMED THOMAS WICKER HAS NEW EVIDENCE THEY OVER LOOK ALOT IN HIS CASE HE HAD ALIBIS THEY KNEW THEY COULD GET AWAY WITH CAUSE OFF HIS PASS MISTAKES THAT HE TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR
