I want to change the way father's are alienated from their children by the other parent.
The Issue
As a father and as a concerned citizen, I am deeply troubled by the alarming number of fathers who are being alienated from their children by the other parent. This is an issue that affects countless families across the country and has devastating consequences for both fathers and children. I am petitioning the Courts per my Constitutional right to intervene by passing legislation to ✋️ parental alienation and protect Father's rights to be Fathers' in our children's lives. We are respectfully asking that you repeal and revise Tennessee Family Laws(Custody/Child Support). There are too many loopholes alienating Father's from our children.
According to recent studies, approximately 22 million children in America live without their biological father in the home. While some of these cases may be due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, far too many fathers are being unfairly pushed out of their children's lives by vindictive ex-partners.
This type of parental alienation can have serious long-term effects on both fathers and children. Studies have shown that children who grow up without a father are more likely to experience poverty, drug abuse, and mental health issues later in life. Fathers who are denied access to their children often suffer from depression, anxiety, and other psychological problems.
It is time for us as a society to take action on this issue. We need to create laws that protect fathers' rights and ensure that they have equal access to their children after a divorce or separation. We also need better education programs for parents going through a divorce or separation so they understand the importance of maintaining healthy relationships between both parents and their child.
We cannot continue to allow this injustice against fathers and families to go unchecked any longer. It is time for change – change that will benefit not only fathers but also our society as a whole.
