I want my money back BAY CITY CONCERTS FOR ROCKZILLA (Bay City, Michigan)
The Issue
If you attended Rockzilla at Vets Park in Bay City Michigan on August 6, 2022 and had any or all of these problems.
Heat exhaustion, no exit door, lack of water or rehydration products made available, paid for a ticket that was never scanned, missed bands that were paid for, because of disorganization from venue, made to throw away water at entrance only to find there was none to buy in venue. Paid for VIP and was promised a seat and there was none. Rude staff. No view because of incompetent sound stage placement. Etix referred you back to the organizer.
