I am recently recovering from divorce. I can not afford a car. I have serious health issues and waiting on surgery to be scheduled. I can however, afford a mule. I live in royalton borough of Royalton Pennsylvania . They do not allow hooved animals. I am asking for signatures ,instead of money for a vehicle. it would be much more eco friendly for the green side. I am an animal lover, so the mule would also be in good hands. Please help me to make this a reality. A work mule and mini pioneer covered wagon , to be acceptable and legal for me in my hometown borough.  They have grandfathered in goats here. My family has been in Royalton for a very,  very, long time! I am a simple person and don't ask much of anyone. As you can see, trying to find alternate ways I can do things feasibly without cost to others and no harm.
