It’s long been time for us to have the legal right to access our family burial grounds. Many others State across the country have enacted similar laws. While thousands of cemeteries across the state wait idle for the family to reclaim them. YET when a landowner says no it means no in the state of Mississippi. It’s time for those days to be apart of the past. Please Note: This bill would also protect the landowner from any liability caused by someone visiting the cemetery on private land.
