Stand with Richard Heart against the SEC!
The issue
Richard Schueler (a.k.a. Richard Heart) is being wrongly persecuted by the SEC.
If the SEC is successful, the entire crypto space will be losing a voice of immense wisdom who has helped educate millions of people about cryptocurrency and the importance of self-sovereignty. Without him, many of us would have lost all our funds to any number of exploits or hacks that are prevalent within the fast-evolving industry.
While anonymous rug-pulls get away with their scams on the daily, those who show their face and build real products are increasingly facing restrictions and penalties on their innovations by the SEC. Anyone who "sacrificed" funds sent crypto voluntarily. No work was ever promised, and Richard was clear any funds sacrificed were none of our business and not going to be used to benefit us.
When Pulse and PulseX launched in 2023, they both went up in dollar value. Anyone who sacrificed for free speech and freedom of movement had the opportunity to sell their free tokens at a price higher than that of the value of the funds they sacrificed. So even if someone wrongly sacrificed with some expectations, they had every opportunity to sell at a profit. In fact, if it wasn't for the SEC they'd probably still have the opportunity to sell at a profit.
As I am writing this, I am blocked by Richard on Twitter. That is irrelevant. You may not like Richard, or the things he built, but if you stand with the SEC on this, you stand against innovation in this space. Nothing was ever promised for sacrificing, but Pulse and PulseX were built anyway. Richard didn't run away. Liquidity wasn't drained. Hex, Pulse and PulseX weren't dumped by the OA. The two products work great. And if it wasn't for the SEC, I'm sure he'd still be streaming and educating millions more people. The SEC is actively destroying lives with their overreach.
As far as Hexicans are concerned, if Richard is in control of the OA, then that is his money to spend. When he launched Hex, he created a commodity and we wanted to buy that commodity. Just like we would buy any commodity. Richard didn't continue to develop Hex, it was complete and immutable when it launched. There was no expectation of profit from his work. He built it and it was finished. We could buy it if we wanted to own it, or we could not buy it. Although it may be hard for the SEC to comprehend, we had and continue to have free will. I like owning Hex like I like owning my Pokemon cards. I don't care about the value of my Pokemon cards. I'm not selling them. I'm collecting them.
Whether you're a Hexican or not.. please sign this petition if you stand for freedom and innovation in this space. We all believe scams should be prosecuted, but there was no scam here. Buying a top doesn't mean you got scammed. Richard (probably) made money from people voluntarily sending him money, that is all. On top of that, those who wrongfully expected something in return received that something in return. And it works great. That is not, and should not be, illegal. Ever.
The crypto world must stand up NOW to stop the SEC overreach. If we don't, they will slowly move inwards and destroy the whole space to protect the dollar. Don't think you're safe owning Bitcoin. The USD is what those in power care about. Many congressmen and congresswomen have stated their disdain towards ALL crypto. They do not care about your bags. You are not safe.
Censorship all started with Alex Jones. They always start, but never end, with the loudest and easiest to discredit.
