I social network devono essere responsabili di quello che rendono pubblico.
I Social Network sono sempre più presenti nella nostra vita, a volte purtroppo anche in modo "insano", soprattutto e sempre più spesso condizionano e influenzano le persone più fragili o con meno strumenti e filtri, soprattutto i giovani e giovanissimi, molto spesso bambini, che succubi e passivi, "assorbiscono e subiscono" passivamente quello che i vari social network permettono di pubblicare e rendere pubblici.

Purtroppo le cronache narrano, sempre più spesso, di tragedie e gesti derivanti in modo diretto e indiretto dalla vita parallela e virtuale dei social network, che poi diventa tragica realtà, come è accaduto al bambino di 5 anni morto per via di un incidente, lo schianto sulla quale macchina di grossa cilindrata erano presenti alcuni YouTuber.

I social network permettono la divulgazione e la creazione di contenuti sui loro canali, e a volte, sempre più spesso, sono contenuti che narrano gesti e azioni pericolose e dannose che, oltre a permettere guadagni ai creator digitali, ossia arricchire chi crea tali contenuti, genera guadagni agli inserzionisti, oltre ovviamente che creare guadagni agli stessi social network che permettono la pubblicazione e divulgazione dei contenuti.

Fuori controllo! Non è accettabile che questo mondo virtuale molto spesso legato, nel bene e nel male, alla vita reale, sia spesso e in parte fuori da ogni controllo, ma continui ad arricchire i creator digitali, gli inserzionisti e gli stessi social, senza che si possa intervenire alla fonte per evitare che contenuti dannosi e pericolosi possano essere pubblicati.

È un pericolo forte, permette di fare business in un escalation di visite e di like: più hai visite, più guadagni e più gli stessi social network ti premiano e ti pagano, e alla ricerca di più consensi e visite, taluni, spesso, si cimentano in gesti e azioni al limite, pericolose, dannose e insane, che poi vengono pubblicate sugli stessi social network e vengono "premiati" da questo business di “chi più è visto, più guadagna”.

Servono norme! Servono leggi specifiche che impediscano che tali contenuti possano essere divulgati e accessibili sui social network, e servono norme, che rendano responsabili gli stessi social network dei contenuti che permettono sulle loro piattaforme.

I social network devono avere responsabilità sia civile sia penale di quello che rendono pubblico e di quello che permettono venga diffuso sulle loro piattaforme.

Questo business spesso insano va fermato alla base.

Chiediamo ai Governi e alle Istituzioni Nazionali e Internazionali che vengano create ed emanate norme specifiche, che puniscano chi permette tali contenuti, e che vengano applicate alle stesse piattaforme Social: che devono essere tenute responsabili davanti la legge.
