This is not a new issue. But still I would like to re HIGHLIGHT IT. CANCELLATION OF YEAR BACK SYSTEM for CBCS students is again necessary because of it not only a student's valuable time is wasted ( for one year ) but also it's difficult to merge  them in upcoming years . Now (2018-19) batch has been totally updated with change in more than 70% of syllabus ( as said by a lecturer) and it's Impossible for 2017 scheme students to take up classes with 2018-19 scheme students in further years. So please support this So that VTU realizes this burden and gives a valuable decision over it.
