I need Underground Dance Music, DJs and Venue Sunset - Sunrise - Victoria BC Canada TY x

The Issue

.

I have been planning, promoting and producing Underground Dance Music (UDM) Events in Victoria and greater Vancouver BC Canada ever since September 18th 1993 and an event called Love Gone Insane.

It was the very first event of its kind that took place in a legal venue and it was the event I worked with DJs that played records and that used Turntables to mix music from their track selection that could be found in their record boxes. I planned, promoted and produced the event  on behalf and with the lacrosse team I was a part of the Victoria Royal Waxmen the Victoria Men's Field Lacrosse Association by way of the first professional event production company XTC Events  I was owner / operator of and which was a subsidiary of Initiative Concepts Incorporated the first company I Incorporated at the age of 19 in 1989.

Through this effort of mine and through my professional associations as a promoter I succeeded at helping raise over $5000CAD that went a long way towards offsetting the cost of our Senior A Men's Field Lacrosse Teams travel and accommodations cost of making our way from Victoria to Ottawa for the Canadian Nationals.

I have successfully raised money for other organizations such as the Camosun College Chapter of Collegiate Entrepreneurs the Juan de Fuca Junior B Lacrosse team when I was technically still in High School.

30% of all profits from these events will go to Schizophrenia, Lyme's Disease Charitable Organizations, the Victoria Men's & Girls Field Lacrosse Association and other Community minded Sporting Clubs.

This petition was started before Covid-19 and we are now once again continuing to seek signatures during with the intention of seeing this idea through to its successful deployment, potential, opportunity, reward, participation, interaction, inclusion and enjoyment of the events themselves and all that will be positively gained from them.

Noble House Entertainment has produced some of the best underground dance music parties and club events in Victoria & Vancouver BC Canada over the years but it has been a very long time, 20 years since an all-night underground dance music event of any great scale has happened in or around Victoria BC Canada.

So far I have collected more than 600 signatures from over 30 Countries from around the world including places such as the Philippines, Iran, Mexico, Antarctica, Costa Rica, Australia, Israel, India, Romania, Taiwan, Thailand, Manhattan, Beach, San Diego, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Belize, Argentina, Poland, Finland, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Trinidad & Tobago, United Arab Emirates, Uganda, Brazil, Hawaii, Texas, Toronto, Alberta, New Westminster, Alberta, Victoria, Vancouver Island

Nothing of value comes cheaply or easily and this petition is part of a 100 page Event Plan for 6 UDM Events I have been working on for the past 4, 6, 10 & 24 years.

The Summer School 2000 UDM Event was held in Victoria BC on Canada Day Saturday July 1st 2000 in Memorial Arena and featured an 8 hour set from international and global legends Sasha & John Digweed along with an incredible line up of successful local DJs, al of whom which have been contributing in a major way to the Underground Dance Music scene in the Pacific Northwest including Seattle, Portland, Vancouver and Victoria for as long as 30 years no less than 26 and they are all far from unknown with a legion of loyal subscribers to memorable and special times their track selection and personalities to the many events, venues and crowds they have made a name for themselves that people associate with their fondest memories of being out all night with a community of like-minded people with a sense of purpose to fulfill at the event and on the dance floors they frequent and inhabit for the night.

It ran from 8PM until 8AM with a capacity crowd of just under 5000 mature and educated event goers between the ages of 14 and 65 that came to Victoria BC on Canada Day Saturday July 1st 2000 from all over the world to have a much anticipated good time and that were all intent on making the most of the opportunity to have as much fun as one could ever help create by being there and a part of the event by doing so, let loose and go off just as planned.

Victoria City Mayor and 3 Council Persons were there for a few hours to appreciate the occasion and all that the Promoters said the event would be and had lived up to the message and look the original and as it turned out, highly collectible fliers for the event would be and delivered as one had come to expect at and from a Noble Entertainment House Planned, Promoted & Produced Event.

Victoria City Mayor Alan Lowe went on record stating that the event ran very smoothly, was very safe and a success that it set out be. Prior to the night anticipation and excitement for the event was so great that tourism Victoria called and got a hold of me and asked if they could  have Summer School 2000 fliers to hand out and have on hand as inquiries, interest in the event was so high.

On November 28 of 1998 from 8pm-8am Dave Seaman & John Digweed headlined  Cream / Bedrock also held in the City of Victoria owned venue Memorial Arena to an enthusiastic, educated and appreciative crowd of nearly 4000 people.

Dave King the producer for Judge Jules Global Chillin program flew out from London UK specifically to record loads of interviews with event goers, many of which had travelled thousands of miles, other respected promoters and DJs. The whole mix was laid down over top a 45 minute mix from Judge Jules and was featured for the entire month of February the next year on all British Airways International flights.

John Digweed was also quoted in that years New Year Edition of Mix-Magazine that Cream Bedrock had been his favourite party and event to be at and play that year.

There is a need for these events to happen and the combination of Original Event Concept and high quality allows these alcohol free special occasions to really thrive and succeed.

Please sign & share this petition in support of this endeavour. To date I have worked with the following artists and doing my best work yet to ensure that bringing them back along with some DJs that have yet to contribute, participate at these events that would play host to them and provide them with opportunity to deliver the unique sounds and sets they are there with their A game for.

The very best in underground dance music, event production and the educated, mature and friendly, beautiful faces from all parts of the planet is what event goers and attendees can look forward to. Participation is desired and only the happiest of people need apply.

Thank you for your continued, renewed interest and sincere support of these noble endeavours.

Here are those 6 events that I have been planning and a look at the Event Artwork & Concept I created for each one.
