I’m a female veteran with PTSD, and Digger’s my service dog. I was told Digger was mine to keep, but the organisation who gave him to me have taken him back.

He’s like a child to me, he’s my world. Having him around helped me so much with my PTSD - and since he’s been taken from me I’m so on edge and stressed and I’ve even had suicidal thoughts. I really really need him back.

I served two deployments over 13 years. Veterans like me are left with scars forever - but service dogs can really help us. Taking them away from us when we’re so close to them just undermines our mental health further - vets with PTSD already have a hard enough time as it is.

Digger needs a permanent home, and I need my service dog back. Whiskey's Wish or the government intervening can make that happen!
