This is the story of a father in Costa Rica that is being fighting for years to get his legal right and recognize by the government of Costa Rica to be equal guardian of his daughter. He is business man that adds value in the country that fails to meet his fundamental right to see his daughter growing and thriving. The law must change the way they treat non-marriage and The cases that  becomes more complex if the father is not of Costa Rican citizenship. 
As Costa Rica is signatory of “The Hague Convention” this does help to support all viewpoints on each case for all parties involved whether they are Costa Rican or a non citizen however your country must be a signatory in the Hague convention in order to use this avenue.
