Mr Lewis should get jail time for his Error and place in murdering Maliq Nicholas Lloyd Namok-Malamoo Though I put this forth also ... ITS THE COMPANY GOODSTARTS FAULT!!

I say this because a nearly identical situation happened back in 2018 to my daughter the only difference was their wasn’t a second worker on the bus and it was parked where a person walk past and heard my daughter after 65 mins and she was saved instead of being there till school pick up time and also being murdered! In my case it was a Gold Coast goodstart centre so in the same state why was their not stronger procedures in place and training done with the staff after my daughter incident ??? Was she not important enough ? Was the situation not serious enough for goodstart ??!

 
I was told by goodstart that they will put certain procedures in place so it would never happen to another child but that certainly wasnt the case as the incidents are identical !! They knew There was room for trial and error in the procedures with their buses and they didn’t correct it and their staff obviously didn’t receive further training and procedures were not properly enforced like I was told so I believe the ceo should be also charged !

In my case the driver only got suspended and lost her job she wasn’t even charged, the company accepted liability! So how is it that the company isn’t at fault in this case also ? 

The Goodstart company should be dissolved before they give us another mouthful of broken promises and hurt more children!
