Just an update with the case the childcare worker manslaughter chargers have been dropped. I know who should be getting charged ...the CEO of the company and administration should be as the same mistakes happened to my child !, why weren’t the policies and procedures updated ?? As the same mistakes were made with my child and no extra training was rolled out to prevent this child’s death ! Even though their lawyer told me that changes were put into place so this could never happen again , they were obviously not !! It was a broken system not fixed when children’s lives were at stake !! It’s gross negligence by GOODSTART!!
