Goodstart should be audited and shut down for illegal practices, in which lead to a child's death, as a carer your responsibility is to follow the rules and provide a safe and nurturing environment and care for children, every rule is in place for a reason and any rules broken should lead to dire consequences, worse in the case of a childs life being lost due to negligence, it's not manslaughter, their consistent, blatant disregard for SAFETY protocols lead to a childs death, that, is murder, ignoring safety protocol will get people killed!

I was told already two years ago that they were changing the procedures so it wouldn’t happen again ! I was told ;

Two drivers with a third that would come out to check the bus.

No more then one run morning and night

Have sign in and sign out produces with the bus and centre.

If they couldn’t implement and train their staff the first time after giving my daughter severe psychological damage. I have no faith that they will make the appropriate changes needed to keep children safe still after this toddlers death!

we are demanding the Department of education to make sure the right and necessary changes are made! At the very least if these buses are used in these centres that are governed by national law for the safety of our children their should be national law and protocols regarding these childcare buses and mandatory fool proof technology on these buses to ensure the safety of these so called “vulnerable” children that Goodstart is surely making more vulnerable!
