REQUESTING ALBERTA OMBUDSMAN REOPEN THE CASE

In my experience, the way my complaint was handled by the Ombudsman did not resolve the issues I raised. As a result, I felt that the underlying problems were left unaddressed.

This lack of resolution contributed to my belief that the municipal authority continued to act without proper accountability.

Over time, the situation escalated and had severe consequences for me, including the loss of my business and both of my properties.

I also attempted to seek assistance through law enforcement; however, I was advised that no charges could be pursued. This left me with very limited options to address what I experienced as ongoing harm.

These circumstances have had a profound impact on my life, and I continue to seek a fair and meaningful review of what occurred.
