We are very excited to tell you that our petition has now received over 15,000 signatures and is continuing to gather more signatures every day. This is important progress towards the broad base of community support that we need to achieve reform of the compensation system for healthcare injuries.

Please support and share our petition for no-fault compensation for Australian injured patients.

We are now aiming for 25,000 signatures. At the same time, we are continuing to contact politicians and look for key individuals with relevant expertise to support the three aims of our campaign: no- fault compensation for healthcare injuries, restoration of funding for the national collection of data on compensation claims and their outcomes, and a review of the statute law on medical negligence. Please continue to share our petition and encourage people to sign it.
