Dear supporters - would you like to share your story? Thanks to your help, our petition is having a real impact! We’ve reached out to experts to get their support, and we’re making progress. So many of you have bravely shared your suffering in the “reasons why I’m signing” section and we are so grateful!

We are taking the campaign to the next level and we’d like to invite you to join us. If you have a personal story of health care injury and were denied compensation or found it too difficult, we would be grateful to hear from you. Our stories are powerful, and they deserve to be heard!

Did you know that the productivity commission considered national medical injury insurance along with the NDIS a decade ago? It was referred to as the National Injury Insurance Scheme (or NIIS) but it was dropped. Imagine how many thousands of people could have been helped if it went ahead? The current brutal, unfair system has gone unchallenged for decades. Enough is enough!
