Valero has proposed the construction of a large fuel distribution, trucking and storage facility on 50+ acres of land on FM1660 just north of the Williamson County Landfill and north of the City of Hutto.  For a number of reasons, local residents and homeowners oppose this project and are very concerned about the effect it would have on the Hutto area and community.  The City of Hutto has also expressed its opposition to this project and has suggested/requested that Valero move it elsewhere outside of Hutto's growth area.  This petition is intended to show our strong support for the City of Hutto's position against this project and our own opposition to the project.
