St Neots is an ever-growing town in Cambridgeshire. There are many disabled residents and wheelchair users in the town, yet we have no facility with decent disabled toilets or a Changing Places. The current public toilets are not kept clean and are not suitable. It is wholly unacceptable that a disabled child or adult has nowhere to be cared for if they need to use toilet facilities.

Using a floor of a dirty toilet, the back of a car or the floor of a shop is not only demoralising, but also degrading and out dated. If all public toilets closed there would be instant action to open them, yet disabled people face this issue every day.
