Did you know that you can own chickens if you lived in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve but cannot own them if you live in Huntingdon? There are many educational, environmental and financial benefits to urban farming. We would like the Huntingdon, Quebec council to allow citizens within the municipality to own and care for chickens within the municipality’s prescribed legislation on their property.
