Our dog Duke is a very loving dog.  He is not great with other dogs somethings though.  He recently got away from my 14 year old son on a walk and ran up to another dog and they both snapped at each other.  this resulted in a superficial wound that bled.  Hunt housing was notified and decided that Duke can no longer live on base.  We want to keep him here.  My children, husband and I are devastated.  We have insured this will not happen again by promising that from now on only an adult will walk him.  We also bought him a new lead that goes around the face making him easier to control.  We also are willing to put him in behavior classes if need be.  There is no reason for him to go when he already has a family that loves him so much!  PLEASE sign this petition to keep him home!
