1.the process of ovulation and menstruation in women and other female primates:

Women go through a 28-34 day cycle every month for roughly 40-45 years. We briefly discuss in middle school health class, a few of many, menstrual symptoms. Though we never really dug too deep into it, most women had to learn from experience. We just knew that it was something we had to basically hide. We had to cope and learn which ways worked for us silently to cover up. 

My point is that I believe there should be financial aid given to every single woman in the country/world each month to help her afford sanitary items such as, toilet paper, pads, tampons, pain medication, birth control, liners and underwear. Along with laws that protect a woman's right to work from home or change her schedule based on her cycle symptoms that day.

This would positively impact the mental state of women around the world, just to know that we are a little more understood and safe in the spaces that we belong in.
