Hello all! This petition's purpose is to garner support for the Halloween Revivalist movement. How many of us have experienced heartbreak upon hearing that Halloween falls on a weekday? How many have been caught in Halloween party traffic after a long day at work? Middle-schoolers that just want to have fun but can't because it is a school night? I have a solution.

If Halloween fell on the last Saturday of October every year, then the problem of weekday Halloween parties would be solved. Kids could have sleep-overs, people who get drunk on Halloween night could have a day to recover, and no one would come into school dressed as an anime character unless that's just what they do, regardless of the holiday.
