Sony and Marvel came back to the table and agreed to share 70/30 respectively! Spider-Man will be involved in 6+ more movies going forward, all taking place in MCU. One of the conditions were to include venom in the MCU, effectively unifying the spider-verse under marvels roof for years to come.
