My dog "Paige", was a blue nose pitbull. She would of been 15 yrs old on 1-15-2022. She was also in remission from cancer, starting to loose her sight and hearibg. She was killed by my neighbor, she knew and trusted this person for about 3-4 years. My roommate and I have a personal injury lawsuit against our landlord and the day that it was filed with courts( 12-23-2021) our landlord's 51 yr old son rammed into our house 3 times, slashed car tire and did something to my dog which resulted in her passing away in 4 days. This wasn't the first time he tried to harm her, I was able to save her last time. This time I wasn't, she suffered. Police say there's nothing I can do because his dad owns the property. Then find out that this isn't the first or second time he has killed some of his father's tenants pets. And the landlord doesnt do anything about it when you inform him. But says he doesn't care and not his problem. I want the guilty person held accountable for what he did. People that harm animals need to be held accountable, they should be arrested. Depending on severity of the harm and number of times they harmed an animal they should be sent to prison. I want this person held responsible and I'm not going to stop until he is.
