I don't know how to contact with concern person H.R ministry of India.but I think through your organization may be my message will reach them and it will increase employment.

B.E.D degree should not mandatory for all teachers, they have to add certain point.Like if anyone has professional degree's like MCA, MBA, Engineering or work experience in these field that means they are very proficient in their knowledge they can better teach student in compare of only B.E.D degree holder.If they will change this rule

1.It will increase women employment .

2.It will reduce cost for the people after professional degree also they have to do B.E.D.

3. It will save 2year of time of learning.

This will create more women employment because after kids 60 percent of the women left job and when their kids grown up if they wish to go in teaching they have to follow degree factor rule of government.
