As members of PureGym we find that the turnover of staff and personal trainers to be very high.  Once we have a personal trainer and we get used to their classes and training techniques, they then leave, due to other commitments or job offers. Its very hard to be motivated if there is a high volume of staff or trainers. There is no consistency in staff and trainers.

As members we find that Dean Harper the assistant manager of PureGym in Park Royal to be a very attentive, professional, kind, positive minded and an excellent trainer. We love his classes and we are very upset to hear that he is no longer working at the gym. We do not know what the actual reason is but we feel that he probably made the decision to leave as he had no other choice. From us knowing him as an excellent manager, someone who listens to the members and get's things done. Our point of call when we have a problem or query at the gym. In our view we see him as the gym manager.

We would like PureGym to speak to Dean Harper and get him back at our Gym.  Twist his arm or do anything for him to return….Even promote him to Gym Manager as he more than deserves the part. Without him the Gym feels different, like someone has passed away.

He kept that gym in order, the classes and staff. 

As members we feel that PureGym should take note and consider our petition to show how much we want him back.  We will not stop until we get him back.  We have other plans should this petition not be taken seriously. This is only the first step…….
