We wish to inform you that there are so many stray dogs in our residential MLA Layout, Kalena Agrahara and we are experiencing unbearable incidents over the last three years now. 

The dogs are very aggressive and the way they scare, bark, chasing residents really sounding life threat in our Layout. 

We found that the dog feeding is the issue, whereby dogs adding strength to strength and demonstrating aggression over people. 

Dog biting incidents too happened here but dog feeders never stopped feeding, despite repeated requests. 

This issue has become a big nuisance in our Layout now and we highlight below our daily struggles  :: 

1. Residents are scared to walk on streets and few of them have even stopped health care associated morning  / evening walk.
2. Relatives / friends are hesitating to visit us.
3. Daily public service agencies like Cab, Jepto, Blinkit and few others too are struggling to provide their deliveries.
4. Children stopped playing on streets and hesitate to visit nearby shops.
5. Parents are struggling to board their kids into School Bus.
6. These dogs come in groups and bark loudly and running allover in nights, which kill the sleep of children, patients and aged people.
7. These dogs entering into various apartments at nights and tearing car covers into pieces and damaging car as well. 

As this issue has affected our daily life seriously, we request you to take appropriate action against stray dogs  and help us to maintain fearless atmosphere in our Layout.
